Hi All,
Also very much looking forward to the ‘transformation’ coming to a close and cracking on with putting the valuable things I’ve learnt in to practice in my normal life.
Nutrition wise – diet is forever changed… awesome! I’ve got in to a much better routine meals wise, organising things for work the night before & eating the right foods. This is hard work though. So, to reward myself, cake and sweeties still feature

I recently gave up alcohol for a month and although, I’m sure, good for my body it was just bloody boring! So I won’t be doing that again! But I have cut down. Also good news for me
I’ll still be keeping up with the Bootcamps because they are basically brill and everyone should just quit the gym and do this instead!
